Maperla does not require an account to read its reference content.
Search
Site search matches your query in the browser against Maperla’s static search index. It does not rely on an external search service or send the query to a third-party search API.
Local preferences
Theme preference is stored in your browser and remains on your device.
Email contact and contact form
The contact form prepares the message locally in your browser and opens your email software. Maperla does not receive or store the form fields on the website. Nothing is transmitted to Maperla until you choose to send the prepared email; after that, the message is handled by your email provider and the recipient’s email systems. Do not send sensitive personal information that is unnecessary for your request.
Analytics
Maperla uses Google Analytics to understand aggregate site usage and improve the reference experience. The Google tag can send measurement data such as page views and browser or device information to Google and may use analytics cookies or similar browser storage. Third-party runtime dependencies
Maperla loads the Google tag from Google Tag Manager for analytics. Core reference content, site search, theme preferences, browser voice, and navigation do not depend on Google Analytics or an external runtime API.
